Transparency in the Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our Visual World – Real Fashion, Digital Possibilities

At MyMorgenrock, we combine the values of traditional craftsmanship with the possibilities of modern digital image design.

Our collection consists exclusively of actual garments that are designed with great care and manufactured at select production facilities in Germany.

To showcase our collection, we use artificial intelligence (AI) for select product images. Our goal is to present our designs using a consistent, high-quality visual style while also providing transparent information about how our product images are created.

  1. How and Why We Use Artificial Intelligence

For some of our product images, we use AI-generated models as well as digitally created or edited image backgrounds.

The entire collection we sell is real and consists of physical items. None of our collection items are AI-generated. For a few of the images we use on our website, www.mymorgenrock.com, only the model and the surroundings are created using AI. Such images are marked accordingly with an icon in the upper right corner of the image.

This allows us to showcase our collection in a variety of situations and activities, as well as on different body types, without having to conduct an elaborate photo shoot for every presentation. At the same time, this helps reduce costs and the environmental impact associated with photo shoots. We continue to produce another portion of our images in the traditional way—with photographers, real models, and real locations.

    1. Our clothes are real

All clothing items offered by MyMorgenrock are physical products.

The cuts, materials, colors, and design details of our collection are developed and determined independently of AI-generated imagery.

Our AI-generated product images are intended solely for the visual presentation of this collection. They do not depict fictional products that are not part of our product line.

We never use AI to create the collection pieces themselves.

      1. Labeling AI-Generated Product Images

Transparency with our customers is important to us.

That is why we provide information on our website about the use of artificial intelligence in the creation of our product images.

AI-generated images may include a note stating that the image was created or edited digitally, either in whole or in part:

        • By clicking a small icon in the upper-right corner of the image

        • When you click on the icon, a pop-up will appear explaining which image was created using AI.

          1. Responsibility and Quality

The use of artificial intelligence does not change either our standards for the quality of our collection or our responsibility toward the people who make our garments.

MyMorgenrock continues to stand for high-quality materials, well-thought-out designs, durability, and responsible manufacturing in Germany.

Digital image design complements our work—it does not replace either the development of our collection or the craftsmanship that goes into every single garment.

            1. Questions About Our Product Images

If you have any questions about how a garment is displayed or about the use of artificial intelligence on our website, please feel free to contact our customer service team at any time.

              We’re happy to help.

              1. Updates to These Notes

We reserve the right to update this information if our digital image processing procedures or applicable legal requirements change.
